Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Magnolia Dreams. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

Because of the nature of our products, returns will only be issued in the case where the product did not arrive to the destination fully intact. In the case where the product was broken or damaged during transit, you can return the item for a fully discount or store credit. In the event that an item or product arrived in the wrong size or color than what you ordered, Magnolia Dreams. will pay for shipping for you to return it. In the case that an item did not fit in size or that you were not fully satisfied with the product, you can return NON CUSTOMIZED products for a full refund minus shipping. All returns must be made within 7 days of the day you received the product. The day you received the product is to be determined by the date marked as delivery by the shipping tracking number. After requesting a refund and return, you have 7 days to drop the item off at your local shipping carrier. We will provide shipping label for returns.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

The bulk majority of our products are customized or have a personalized aspect to them. Because of this, we will not be issuing refunds for any orders that have personalized or customized aspects to it. In the event that a product arrives to the shipping address broken or has significant damages to it, Magnolia Dreams will issue a refund once the order has been received back to us. We will pay for shipping to return the product to us, all you need to do is call, text or email us and we will send you a shipping label. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Return Policy

At Magnolia Dreams, we strive to provide you with products that meet the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. We understand that occasionally, you may need to return a product. Please review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth return process:

General Retail Items:

  • You may return general retail items within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund.
  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
  • Original receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
  • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
  • Please contact us at info@magnoliadreams.shop to receive the next steps for shipping back to us.

Customized Items (including but not limited to welcome signs, seating charts, and personalized retail):

  • Customized items are crafted uniquely for each customer, and therefore, we cannot accept returns on these products.
  • It is crucial to review and confirm all customization details (such as spelling, color, and design) before placing your order to ensure accuracy. The Magnolia Dreams design team will go back and forth with you with an unlimited amount of edits until we find the perfect design. After we have started construction of the customized order, we will no longer be able to make changes and the product will be shipped upon the final design confirmation.
  • In the event of a defect or error on our part, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the customized item, and we will promptly address the issue.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • We may request photos of the damaged or defective item to expedite the resolution process.
  • You may be required to ship the product back to us but Magnolia Dreams will provide the shipping label.

Return Process:

  1. Contact our customer service team at info@magnoliadreams.shop to initiate the return process.
  2. Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant details.
  3. Our customer service team will guide you through the return process, including providing a return authorization and shipping instructions if necessary.

Please note that Magnolia Dreams reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return policy criteria. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
