CUSTOM SIGNAGE COMPANY IN CHATTANOOGA, TN

The owners of Magnolia Dreams - Lauren Smith and Caroline Nelson - first met in college when they were waitressing at a local fried chicken restaurant in Chattanooga, TN. They instantly clicked and became friends, and as they continued their professional careers after graduating, they continued to keep in touch. Their dinner talks, coffee chats and texting convos seemed to circle back to potential business opportunities, leaving them both dreaming of owning their own business some day.

Interestingly enough, that day ended up coming sooner than they would have expected. In 2020, Lauren noticed the absence of charcuterie companies in the Chattanooga area, and after falling in love with the craft and art during the COVID-19 shutdown, was inspired to fill that void and started Olive and Oak Charcuterie. Specializing in custom charcuterie boards, boxes, and grazing tables, Olive and Oak quickly became the go-to charcuterie vendor in Chattanooga, TN and has showcased her delicious work in hundred of weddings, celebrations, and events across Tennessee. A year after Lauren started her business, Caroline also jumped into the wedding industry by starting her own custom wedding signage business. Primarily doing local weddings at first, Caroline then expanded her business and began offering custom signage to brides all over the United States by selling online. Things exploded after a well-known influencer purchased from her shop - leading her to reevaluate fulfilling orders in her apartment and managing the business operations alone.

Magnolia Dreams was born when Caroline and Lauren decided to come together and combine their talents, passions, and ambitions. Since then, they have enjoyed working with brides all over to create beautiful, memorable, custom pieces for weddings and are looking forward to hearing about your special day!

This building is actually the second official office space of Magnolia Dreams. After opening, we quickly grew out of our original 150 sqft office within just six months. We upgraded to this flex space that is located in Chattanooga, TN and are so excited to have the opportunity to make wedding signage is the cutest office ever with our amazing assistants, Maggie and Jasmine!

WILL I RECEIVE A PROOF OF MY ORDER?

Any order that has a customized element to it will receive a proof prior to us actually making it. With that being said, we also offer unlimited edits and revisions with each order. If you end up not liking the fonts that you selected upon checkout, you will have the opportunity to see your design in different fonts during the proofing process.

HOW CLOSE TO MY WEDDING SHOULD I ORDER MY SEATING CHART?

Typically, brides order their seating chart within 3-4 weeks of their actual wedding date. However, we also have brides who order their wedding seating chart months in advance to "reserve" their spot with our design team. One of the necessary factors for having a seating chart is for RSVPs to be finalized, many of which are changing up until the week of the wedding.

By ordering your seating chart, you are "reserving" the materials and labor for your order to be prepared - meaning that if you don't want to wait until the last minute, you can "reserve" our schedule to create it when your RSVPs are final.

Your finalized seating chart is not necessary to order. All seating chart orders will receive a proof prior to us actually making the order.

DO YOU OFFER WEDDING SIGN BUNDLES FOR A DISCOUNTED RATE?

Due to the large demand of having wedding signage bundles, we rolled out this glorious process at the beginning on 2024. We have several bundles that we offer:

We also have several product launches planned for the remainder of 2024, many of them were created based on requests from our customers. If you have an "Inspiration" picture that you are looking to create, we would love to work with you to make that happen. Feel free to reach out to us directly so we can assist with the proper ordering and timeframe.

WHAT IF I ALREADY HAVE MY OWN MIRROR?

Some brides come to us and say that they already have their own wedding mirror that they want to use, but they are just looking for the Vinyl portion of the design (the sticker part).

We have a Vinyl-Only option listed in our store under DIY Wedding Decor. We also offer printed cardstock seating chart cards with wax seals as well for brides looking to make their own seating chart.

If you are looking for another type of sign that might need a custom wedding vinyl decal or another material that we can provide, please send us a message.

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?

All orders will come completley assembled and "Wedding Ready" right of the box. The goal for all of our customers is to not have any last-minute DIY projects before their big day.

Welcome Signs and Cocktail Menus will already have custom vinyl decals assembled on the mirror.
Seating Charts will come already assumbled with the individual cards applied to the mirror, wax seals applied, and the custom vinyl wording at the top also applied.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY MIRROR BREAKS DURING SHIPPING?

Each order is hand-packaged with shipping supplies that was customized to suite the needs of the individual product. However, sometimes there are instances where a mirror will break during delivery. In this case, Magnolia Dreams will replace and ship your mirror for no additional charge and submit a claim on your behalf. In order to receive a replacement mirror, the request must be made 72 hours after the tracking number has been marked as delivered. Please send pictures of broken mirrors to info@magnoliadreams.shop or text them to 423.225.9700.

In the event that your order arrives the week of your wedding and you need a replacement ASAP, Magnolia Dreams will ship you a complimentary mirror with expedited shipping. We do reserve the right to give you a refund if it's just NOT possible to get it to you in time (truly the worst case scenerio).
