An order of events sign for a wedding is a decorative and functional piece that outlines the timeline of key activities during the wedding day. It's typically displayed at the ceremony or reception to help guests know what to expect and when. The sign adds an elegant touch to the décor while keeping the event organized and guests informed. Although typically used in replacement of individual wedding programs, the design on the Order of Events sign could also be mirrored on the individual programs and complement each other.

Any order that has a customized element to it will receive a proof prior to us actually making it. With that being said, we also offer unlimited edits and revisions with each order. If you end up not liking the fonts that you selected upon checkout, you will have the opportunity to see your design in different fonts during the proofing process.
Typically, brides order their seating chart within 3-4 weeks of their actual wedding date. However, we also have brides who order their wedding seating chart months in advance to "reserve" their spot with our design team. One of the necessary factors for having a seating chart is for RSVPs to be finalized, many of which are changing up until the week of the wedding.
By ordering your seating chart, you are "reserving" the materials and labor for your order to be prepared - meaning that if you don't want to wait until the last minute, you can "reserve" our schedule to create it when your RSVPs are final.
Your finalized seating chart is not necessary to order. All seating chart orders will receive a proof prior to us actually making the order.

Some brides come to us and say that they already have their own wedding mirror that they want to use, but they are just looking for the Vinyl portion of the design (the sticker part).
We have a Vinyl-Only option listed in our store under DIY Wedding Decor. We also offer printed cardstock seating chart cards with wax seals as well for brides looking to make their own seating chart.

All orders will come completley assembled and "Wedding Ready" right of the box. The goal for all of our customers is to not have any last-minute DIY projects before their big day.
Each order is hand-packaged with shipping supplies that was customized to suite the needs of the individual product. However, sometimes there are instances where a mirror will break during delivery. In this case, Magnolia Dreams will replace and ship your mirror for no additional charge and submit a claim on your behalf. In order to receive a replacement mirror, the request must be made 72 hours after the tracking number has been marked as delivered. Please send pictures of broken mirrors to info@magnoliadreams.shop or text them to 423.225.9700.
In the event that your order arrives the week of your wedding and you need a replacement ASAP, Magnolia Dreams will ship you a complimentary mirror with expedited shipping. We do reserve the right to give you a refund if it's just NOT possible to get it to you in time (truly the worst case scenerio).
